A Eugene native with over 30 years in the local music scene, Colin has contributed as a musician, recording engineer, and photographer. He applies this same lifelong dedication to managing R.A.D.’s finances, using his experience with data and systems to ensure the organization's books are accurate, transparent, and legally sound.

Hailing from Pensacola, Florida, Mikey brings Southern charm and hospitality to the R.A.D. Board. An accomplished musician and owner of the former "Nail House" venue, he continues to book bands and bill shows under the same banner at other venues in Eugene.

Daniel is an artist, musician, father, and co-founder of R.A.D. Drawing from personal experience in recovery from substance use and houselessness, as well as being a survivor of violence and the judicial system, he utilized lived experience to promote connection and safe alternative spaces for community.

As a father and social worker, Hunter uses his lived experience with addiction and incarceration to support others who are struggling through this life.

Having grown up in the Portland punk scene, Callie is a seasoned professional in live sound, recording, and performance. She brings both her technical knowledge and crowd management experience to supporting the Eugene scene, mentoring over-eager youth at shows through the physical enforcement of "pit etiquette."

The king of all cats to ever live in the HISTORY of the world. He strives to lead all cats to the top of the food chain—one Fancy Feast at a time. He contributes art inspiration to the pathetic humans of R.A.D. who serve him daily. Squalor is the LORD of R.A.D., and he doesn't volunteer—he shows up to eat food, and then falls asleep.
