R.A.D. Community space

We officially have a home! The address and layout are set, and we're hard at work turning this space into a vibrant community hub with a live venue, practice space, drop-in center, recording studio, and an mission-aligned cafe next door.

We still need to build walls, install HVAC and sprinkler systems, source audio equipment, and pull city permits before we can open.
